• Covers manufacturing defects for select Artika PRO fixtures for 5 years, up to 50,000 hours, from the date of purchase.
  
• Original owner only (non-transferable).
  
• Valid in USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Iceland, France, and Spain.
  

What you’ll need

• Original sales receipt required for any claim.
  

Remedy

• If approved, Artika will replace the product or a part (Artika’s choice).
  
• Remedy cannot exceed the original purchase price.
  

Installation conditions

• Must be installed per the instruction manual and local codes/laws.
  
• Not covered if installed incorrectly or used abnormally.
  
• Product/parts may need to be returned for inspection.
  

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear; misuse/abuse; vandalism; accidents; fire/flood/theft/acts of God; neglect; product alteration.
  
• Damage from improper maintenance/cleaning (abrasives, alcohol, organic solvents, scouring pads, etc.).
  
• Accessories (including bulbs or batteries).
  

Costs

• Does not cover labor, handling, transportation, or other installation/replacement costs.
  
• If more than 4% of items are defective, Artika will split labor costs per policy.
  

Other terms

• Valid only in the country of purchase and through Artika authorized retailers.
  
• Artika is not responsible for direct/consequential damages or injuries arising from improper use/installation.
